Edit subscription items
Your subscribers can add, remove, or change items from their subscription plan without having to cancel and submit a new order, reducing your business’s churn rate.
Update and switch between payment methods
On the Subscriber Portal, end-customers can easily update their credit card information and change the chosen payment method for an active subscription. Recurring payments with alternative payment methods, such as Pix, are also available. If the subscriber opts for Pix, on the payment deadline, they will receive a payment link by e-mail to finish paying with Pix and renew their subscription.

The Subscriber Portal holds account of your customer’s subscription updates, periods, canceled plans, and much more in a single platform, allowing them to manage subscriptions the easy way.
